Repair Fix Torn Dirty Missing Paint Oil Painting Houston
Our Houston client had this wonderful fine art oil painting that had been in his family for some time. It had been needing a small amount of restoration, but the need became more necessary when a hurricane storm shook his home so much that the painting fell off the wall onto a chair! The damage on this fine art oil painting from the late 1800s required even more restoration! Plus it needed a good cleaning! We closed the holes, cleaned the painting, relined, filled, and painted where the paint was missing. The client mentioned that Maris did a fantastic job on it. He said he couldn’t even see the rips anymore. He said he was very pleased and highly recommended us. Now our client can enjoy the painting in the condition that the artist intended.
