This 19th-century painting of one of our client’s relatives came from Switzerland. It had been a part of their family’s art collection for years.

The nails that held the canvas to the frame were actually square. The painting had grime and layers of varnish over the paint.

As we began cleaning this fine art antique fine art oil painting, vivid colors were revealed.
