An art dealer referred this client to Maris for a painting the client bought about a month and a half prior. The painting was covered with a dark substance and the paint layer was flaking. After the dark substance was cleaned off, a much brighter painting was revealed. The flaking was stopped and inpainting and touch-ups were done. The client mentioned that the painting looked great, fantastic, and really good. He said Maris did a great job and that he was very very happy with the restoration.
